With over 17 years in the fitness industry, Sara specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Support, Nutrition Coaching, and maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Their approach combines science-backed techniques with personalized programming to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively.

 
When not in the gym, Sara enjoys Brazilian jiujitsu, hiking, paddle boarding, improving my flexibility & mobility and being a mom to my chaos crew of 2. Their mission is simple — to help others feel stronger, more confident, and capable every day.

  

Certifications: ACE, CPR/AED, and currently working on becoming a Pilates instructor!
