Fitness has been a lifelong journey for me, shaping who I am both personally and professionally. Born and raised in Florida, my path has taken me across the country through my time in the Army, living in Oklahoma, Texas, Maryland, and Mississippi before settling here. No matter where I’ve been, movement has always been my constant.
With a background spanning CrossFit competitions, NPC bikini competitions, and powerlifting, I’ve explored nearly every avenue of fitness. More recently, I’ve developed a deep passion for mobility and flexibility, recognizing their essential role in performance, longevity, and overall well-being. I firmly believe that fitness is a lifelong commitment—one that impacts not just physical strength but also mental and emotional resilience.
For me, the gym has always been more than a place to train—it’s my sanctuary. Pushing my body beyond its limits is a powerful reminder that I am strong and capable of overcoming challenges. I bring that same mindset to my coaching, helping clients build confidence, push boundaries, and discover their own strength.
Beyond training, I’m deeply grateful for the incredible community of women I’ve found here. In one of the hardest seasons of my life, they reminded me of my strength, my voice, and my resilience. Now, I’m passionate about fostering that same environment of support, empowerment, and growth for others.
