Formerly a runner, Natalie began her journey as a fitness trainer about three years ago when she saw the impact of weight training on her own body. Natalie knew she wanted to help and support women on their own journey. This is her second full year as a personal trainer.
When she’s not in the gym, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and soaking up time outdoors. She recently picked up the guitar and believes it’s never too late to start something new. Natalie is on a journey of self-reflection and growth, learning who she is, what she needs, and how to advocate for herself. Her mission is simple: to ensure every woman who walks into our space feels confident, challenged, and supported, knowing she can do anything she sets her mind to.
