As a personal trainer, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to prioritize their health and fitness as a cornerstone of their well-being. With a background as a teacher and coach, I transitioned into personal training because I believe that fitness isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about building a lifestyle that supports mental, emotional, and physical health.
Born and raised in the Kansas City area, I currently live with my husband and two children. Fitness has always been a vital part of my life, and as I continue to grow, it has only become more essential. My goal is to not only move well now, but to maintain mobility and vitality into my later years—jumping, running, and dancing when I’m 100!
